Nova 모델 43 소음계는 첨단 소음 측정 기술과 사용 편의성, 실용성 및 내구성을 결합한 제품이며 작업장 소음, 산업 위생, 건설 및 엔터테인먼트 소음 측정에 이상적입니다.

미국 PCB 社의 피로 시험용 납작형 로드셀 1403 시리즈에 대한 포스팅입니다.

​

외관은 전에 소개하였던 1203이나 1204모델과 같이 연구소나 생산라인 등 현장에서도 흔히 볼 수 있는 일반적인 둥글 납작한 형태의 스트레인게이지(strain gage) 기반 로드셀이지만 피로 시험(fatigue test) 혹은 피로 수명 시험(​fatigue life test)에 적합하도록 내구성이 매우 높은 모델군입니다.

​

제품의 피로 수명을 측정하기 위해 수 백, 수 천 번을 오랜 시간 반복하는 시험에서 로드셀이 먼저 저세상으로 가버린다면 무척 난감하겠죠..

1403 시리즈는 스펙 상 100x10^6, 무려 1억 번의 사용을 보장하는 모델군입니다.측정 범위(measurement range)에 따라 총 5가지의 모델이 있으며 250 lbf(1112 N)부터 5000 lb(22 kN)까지의 범위를 갖습니다.

기본적으로 인장 베이스(tension base, 인장력 측정 시 대상체에 연결할 수 있도록 threads를 제공하는 역할)를 함께 제공하고 있으며, 설치 상 높이가 제한적이거나 굳이 베이스가 필요하지 않은 경우 분리하여 사용하실 수 있습니다.
