PCB Piezotronics Inc. 의 다목적 납작형 로드셀(General Purpuse Low Profile Load Cells) - # 2 1204 시리즈 로드셀입니다.
연구소나 생산라인 등 현장에서도 흔히 볼 수 있는 일반적인 둥글 납작한 형태의 스트레인게이지(strain gage) 기반 로드셀 모델군 입니다.
1203 시리즈와 비교하여 대략 외관은 비슷하지만 크기는 좀 더 크며, 감도(sensitivity)가 2mV/V 에서 4mV/V 로 높아졌습니다. 측정범위(measurement range) 역시 25klb, 50klb 로 1203 시리즈의 최대 측정범위인 10klb보다 높은 제품군입니다.
역시 인장베이스(tension base, 인장력 측정 시 대상체에 연결할 수 있도록 threads를 제공하는 역할)를 함께 제공하고 있으며, 설치 상 높이가 제한적이거나 굳이 베이스가 필요하지 않은 경우 분리하여 사용하실 수 있습니다.
