미국 PCB 社의 S타입 로드셀 1630 시리즈에 대한 포스팅입니다.
스트레인 게이지(strain gage)타입의 로드셀로 형상이 S모양이라 S타입으로 명칭합니다. 당기는 힘(tensile load)을 주로 측정할 목적으로 설계되어 당기는 방향이 양의 출력이 되도록 하였습니다.
모델 1630시리즈의 로드셀은 최대 측정 범위(full scale)의 최소 150%값에 대한 과하중(overload)을 견딜수 있도록 설계하여 예상치 못한 경우 발생할 수 있는 사고를 방지하도록 합니다.
1630 시리즈는 측정 범위(measurement range)에 따라 50 lb(222 N), 100 lb(445 N), 250 lb(1112 N)의 총 3가지 모델을 제공하며 비선형도(non-linearity) 0.05% 이하, 히스테리시스(hysteresis) 0.03%이하, 비반복성(non-repeatability) 0.02% 이하의 높은 정확/정밀도를 제공합니다.
