빨간색과 흰색의 케이블이 페어로 꼬여져(twisted) 제공되는 케이블로 빨간색이 (+), 흰색이 (-) 부분에 연결되어 있습니다.

소형 10-32 커넥터를 조립하여 제공할 수 있다는 것과 가볍고 얇은 것이 장점이며 설치 장소가 협소하여 일반적인 커넥터로는 센서 설치가 난해한 경우나 주로 소형 센서에 적용할만 합니다.

미국 PCB 社의 단축 가속도/힘센서 및 압력센서에 주로 매칭하여 사용하는 저잡음 동축 테프론 케이블 (low-noise coaxial TFE cable) 모델 098입니다.

외피는 테프론(TFE) 재질로 내열성, 내구성이 뛰어나며 내부 도선은 이중 절연 처리를 하여 외부 노이즈를 방지하고 좋은 품질의 신호를 전달하여 줍니다.

​

모델 003과 비교하여 외관상 다른 색상(녹색)의 피복으로 이루어져 있으며 상대적으로 덜 뻣뻣한 느낌입니다. 또한 내부 신호선은 단선(solid)이 아닌 연선(stranded)으로 제공되므로 저잡음(low-noise)과 연선을 사용해야하는 경우에 매우 좋은 선택지가 될 수 있습니다.
